Twig is now seeking a full time Grounds Maintenance Team Leader based in Kent to join its successful teams.

1. The Role

The main purpose of the role is:
i. Customers relationships
ii. Planning and delivering Grounds Maintenance
iii. Leading and managing colleagues.
iv. Developing new business opportunities.
v. Occasional travel beyond the South East.
vi. Supporting the Twig Ecological & Agricultural teams during periods of seasonal calm

2. Skills and Experience

i. The individual must be suitable for working on sensitive sites, and have a ‘clean’ unhindered return on Enhanced DBS checks.
ii. Horticultural qualification level 2, or equivalent experience.
iii. Competence with Ride-on Mowers, Pedestrian Mowers, Strimmers, Hedge-cutters, and Sports Pitch White Lining
iv. Competence at Planting, Bed, Border and Lawn Maintenance.
v. Competence with basic Chainsaw operations.
vi. Full Driving & Towing licence.
