Bid Manager
RSFL are looking for an Experience Bid Manager to join a team of 4, reporting into the Head of Bid Management. The role is to have Overall responsibility for the complete bidding process across Corporate, Public and Key accounts. To have management of bid teams to produce high quality bids to meet bid schedules and final deadlines.
Review bidding improvement strategy, to participate in business development meetings, present Bid Pipeline information, allocate departmental workloads whilst maintaining good working knowledge of contracts. Liaise internally across the business to co-ordinate and follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure tenders are completed to a high standard across all areas of the business.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• At least 3 years’ experience of Bid Management
• Degree educated
• Relevant professional or post graduate training
• Excellent communication skills particularly in written communication
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong project management skills
• Commercial acumen
• Team leadership experience
• Communication with a variety of stakeholders including at Board Level.
• Ability to deputise for Head of Bid Management
