My well-respected Estate Agency client is looking for a LETTINGS LISTER for their successful and busy office.

Key Skills:

Valuing and listing properties for rent
Working to personal and branch targets
Administration duties
Up selling to current landlords and calling the huge database of tenant find landlords
Responsible for taking and negotiating offers
Dealing with landlords and prospective tenants
Strong resilient canvassing skills

Requirements:

6 months+ experience in residential lettings listing
Good knowledge of the local area
Full UK driving licence & own car
Well-presented and professional appearance
Good communication and strong negotiation skills
Good Attention to detail and organised
Able to work under pressure
Strong character
Valuation and listing experience ESSENTIAL
