You might be a scrum master, project manager, account manager or team coach looking for your next role.

This role is a combination of all of the above. However, we’re not expecting you to have experience in all these areas, we’ll provide you with the support and training needed for you to be successful in this role.

It’s essential that we remain agile in a changing environment. It’s therefore critical that the successful applicant can assess a project, team and client and decide the appropriate level of process and support required to enable the team to deliver the solution successfully.

Your responsibilities:

- Motivate and inspire cross-functional teams in the delivery of digital platforms in line with the delivery schedule
- Facilitate daily standups and retrospectives
- Lead and advocate for delivery best practices
- Measure and forecast progress against project goals, ensuring visibility to both the team and client
- Manage project budgets
- Use a wide variety of tools and methods to unlock your team’s potential
- Facilitate seamless communication between stakeholders
- Support project teams in the resolution of issues
- Support new business proposals and pitches

Our ideal candidate:

- Has excellent hands-on experience of delivering digital projects/products in an agency environment
- Has strong collaboration and communication skills
- Continuously seek ways to improve delivery processes and learn about better ways of building teams and products
- Is excited to help us grow and improve as an agency
- Experience of working as a remote team member (desirable)

The starting salary for this role will be between £39,100 to £46,000. The role is based in our Canterbury office.
