Connect2Staff are currently recruiting for a children's support worker on behalf of our client, a specialist residential school in Westerham.

Do you have experience in residential care or as a support worker with adults or children with learning/physical disabilities? Are you looking for flexible and consistent shifts with a competitive hourly rate?

I am looking for experienced individuals who can commit to shifts Monday - Friday either for day shifts or night shifts. Day shifts are typically between 0700 - 2200 (shifts can be split or can be long days) and nights are between 1930-0730.

If you are an experienced support worker with a passion for caring, then this position could be the one for you! There is also a chance for the position to go permanent for the right candidate.

We require at experience with either children and adults, good level of communication and pass grades for Maths and English GCSE's or equivalent.

We are able to provide free training, a dedicated consultant and excellent pay rates starting from £9 an hour.

Applicants with drivers license and have access to a car are preferred due to location being quite remote and not accessible via public transport.
