The Role of the Revenue Manager is to design, develop and implement commercial strategies and to support the delivery of the Mulberry Cottages business plan.

Working within a dynamic and focused team you need to have a proactive attitude with the ability to respond to challenges and changes rapidly. Ideally, you will have had previous customer experience with exposure to a commercial agenda. You will need to be confident to influence at a senior level, so strong communication skills are essential.

To be successful you will:

• demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail and strategic thinking
• have the ability to lead projects and find innovative solutions to multiple revenue growth challenges across the business
• develop and implement commercial plans with our sales teams
• provide guidelines for price and promotional strategy and tactics to maximise revenue taking an innovative and proactive approach.
• work across the business to ensure each season is planned and processes set to enhance performance.
• strive to maximise revenue generation, balancing short-term seasonal performance against long-term goals.
