Location: Mariner House, Dartford

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time, covering various shifts Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00

Moat is one of the top 30 housing associations in the UK with 20,000 homes spread across south east London, Kent, Essex and Sussex and we continue to develop new homes at an impressive rate too – last year we delivered 664 and we are aiming for another 3,000 by 2020. Our ambition is simple - to bring an end to housing need.

We have just celebrated our 50th year and spent the last 12 months raising over £70k for charities selected by staff – smashing the £50k target. The role

Due to an increase in the volume of calls, we are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our team.

Our Customer Service Advisors respond to calls from residents, contractors, customers and suppliers from across the South East. You will be the first point of contact, answering calls and providing detailed information on a range of issues including ASB, rent arrears and repairs.

Along with front-line customer service experience, you will need the right attitude and communication skills to provide the highest quality service as part of a tight knit team. You should be confident using databases and comfortable working in a target driven environment. Previous experience of a Customer Contact Centre is desirable.

In return, we can offer you the best possible start to a career in Housing or Customer Services. Our Customer Service Advisors undergo a full-time training programme that will equip you with an all round knowledge of customer services and the housing sector.

The Customer Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday between 8am – 6pm and the Customer Service Advisors have working patterns within the opening times.
