You will be given a thorough grounding in all aspects of business in order to understand how everything works. This means that you will be working for a number of months in each different department before specialising.

In this position you will be given support from the operations team whilst you are undergoing training and building your knowledge of how the business functions. By its nature, there is no simple job description for this position, much of it will come from you showing initiative and curiosity.

Your key skills and attributes:
• Confidence on the telephone to build relationships with customers/ suppliers and with internal departments
• Calm and methodical thinker
• Can-do attitude
• IT skill sets incl. e-mail, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint; conversant with social media.
• Project management exposure an advantage.
• Well-presented and professional approach
• Skills in other modern languages (European and/or Asian) would be advantageous.
• A Graduate level education, or equivalent is required. Preferably in a business orientated subject.
