We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Team Leader to join our finance team, who act as a shared service to the variety of companies that recognise the Fresh Produce Centre as their home.

With a responsibility for the day to day management for the purchase ledger team, our ideal candidate will have the ability to lead, motivate and engage, providing a platform for success and enabling employees to reach their full potential.

In recent months, we’ve implemented SAP here at The Fresh Produce Centre. We’ve seen our business transform and we’re now on the journey towards streamlining our processes to ensure we operate in the most efficient way possible.

It’ll be your responsibility to manage the entire working capital creditor days’ cycle whilst driving standardisation of the purchase ledger process throughout the entire business. We’re always open to new ideas too; we’re all ears to any improvements you would look to make!

Our perfect Purchase Ledger Team Leader would be:

• AAT qualified (desirable)
• A strong and motivational leader, with the experience of managing a team
• Familiar with using SAP (desirable)
• Resilient with experience of working in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced in dealing with change management and process implementation

The hours you would work:

Monday to Friday, 8.30am until 5pm (37.5 hours per week).
