Invicta Valves Ltd, part of the AVK Group, specialises in the supply and installation of valves and associated equipment in the Water and Waste Water industry.
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter/Supervisor, reporting to the Installations Manager, to undertake installation work at various sites both locally and across the UK. Some travel and overnight stays may be required.
Transport will be provided for travel to and from sites in the form of a company van therefore you will require a full driving license and the ability to travel to our Maidstone offices in time for some early starts.
Required skills and experience:
– Working well within a team
– Self-motivated
– Hard working
– Able to follow written method statements
– Knowledge and installation of pipework and valves are essential
– Knowledge of penstocks is preferred but not essential as training will be given where necessary
– Full driving license
– CSCS card essential
– Confined space working
