We are looking for a bank of friendly, enthusiastic staff. The hours are variable and we would consider sharing them between several candidates.

Waiting staff required (Friday and Saturday evenings – variable hours, generally required from 6pm to 11pm) to meet and greet and look after the customers’ needs in a friendly and professional manner; to polish all crockery, cutlery and glasses; make sure the chef’s table is set to a high standard; maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety of working areas and report any shortages and breakages in equipment to the Senior Chef.

The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail and a passion to deliver high quality service, food and standards to our customers with the ability to interact with all customers and to work well with others or on their own to meet demands. Flexibility on working hours, effective communication skills and a can-do attitude are essential.

Kitchen Porters required (Friday, Saturday and Sunday – variable hours) to work as part of the kitchen team to assist in maintaining outstanding levels of cleanliness, hygiene and safety within all working areas. Full details can be found on the job description but duties include; washing all crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, equipment and food service equipment; ensuring that the floors, walls, bins, laundry, ovens and fridges are kept clean and tidy to a very high standard; to be aware of and to adhere to all health and safety, fire, hygiene and COSHH regulations governing the work being undertaken and to ensure the correct chemicals/detergents are used at all times. The role also requires lifting of heavy objects. Attendance of training at the request of the Senior Chef.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work under pressure and in hot environments. Attention to detail, high standards of cleanliness, flexibility on working hours, a can-do attitude and effective communication skills are essential. Previous experience and food hygiene certification are desirable but not essential as training will be given.
