Electrical Project Manager

A capable Electrical Project Manager is required to join a growing and dynamic Electrical Contractor based in rural Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

This contractor turns over roughly £15 million, and has been established for over 30 years; meaning you will join a well established, securely funded organisation and be a key part of the team as they grow through 2018.

Projects consist of Commercial and Retail fit-outs, valued up to £750,000. You will be expected to run 2-3 jobs at a time, taking a lead role from conception to completion.

Duties / Expectations

* Estimation duties - you will be supported by a full time Electrical Estimator but skills pricing and tendering are required
* Value Engineering - increasing profitability and cut down install times where possible
* Variation Orders - Producing variations when necessary to put to the client if needed
* Sub-contractor and Direct staff management
* Progress meetings - keep the client up to date with the install process
* Program creation - Using Microsoft Project
* Client Management

Package / Benefits

* Salary of between £45,000 to £55,000
* Quarterly bonus of 2% profit on your projects
