Purchase ledger / Accounts Assistant sought for an interim assignment based at a leading business in Mid-Kent. The client offers a professional and friendly atmosphere, you will join a vibrant team and undertake the following duties:
* Processing invoices onto Sage
* Matching and coding invoices
* Reconciling accounts
* Dealing with suppliers relating to outstanding orders, ensuring deliveries are prompt and any outstanding issues are resolved promptly
* Updating databases
* Various ad - hoc duties as and when required
The successful candidate will need to be available immediately, have previous experience of the above duties (using Sage) and be hardworking.
