BASIC SALARY upto £20,000 UNCAPPED OTE £30/35,000 + COMPANY CAR

You will have a proven track record of operating at SENIOR NEGOTIATOR/ASSISTANT MANAGER level and be looking to maximise your earnings and progressing your career.

Key Skills:

Currently running a successful Senior Negotiator/ Assistant Manager/Valuer
A proven track record in driving business levels forward, canvassing, mortgage appointments, sales and listings.
Able to help the manager lead, motivate and manage the team and lead by example.
Good knowledge of the local area
Valuing/Listing experience preferred but not essential
You will be a successful negotiator/senior with a good understanding of the property industry.
