We are searching the Kent market for experts in Customer Service to join an incredible company. Their Contact Centre is award winning and they assist millions of customers every year.

Acting as a front line ambassador you'll be inquisitive and able to build a genuine rapport with the client.

This is not your average call centre team this is a progressive company that is always been open to new ideas they have invested over a quarter of a million pound in designing and launching their Training Academy and you can develop your skills in their coaching clinics, management and leadership development workshops, language classes, and bespoke team events.

We’re looking for super flexible full people who are able to work the opening hours.

Full-Time– 37.5 Hours – you will need to be fully flexible across the opening hours of Monday – Friday 8.00am until 9 pm and Saturday – Sunday 9.00am until 5 pm.

As an added bonus you’ll receive your shift’s 12 weeks in advance, so you will be able to plan your social life as you'll have plenty of notice.
