725 Limited are recruiting for an Assistant Payroll Administrator for their busy team in Gravesend branch.
Job Location: Gravesend, Kent.
Salary: Starting with £9 ph
Responsibilities will include but not limited:
- Collect timesheets, record the hours in various systems and prepare reports.
- Liaise with the client and with other team members for the missing timesheets, pay queries.
- Assist in processing weekly payroll and payments.
- Assist with the administration of starters and leavers and update their information in database.
- Handle staff queries regarding- payroll, working hours, pension etc.
- Meet the deadline and prioritise workload accordingly.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when required
You must possess
- previous experience within a Payroll position with some knowledge of PAYE Tax & NI
- eye to detail
- good knowledge of MS-Excel (required to work in large database)
- excellent communication skill.
