Joining a market-leading international organisation in central Maidstone, this role will require the incumbent to grow relationships with major retailers, regional managers, product designers and the marketing department to improve product awareness and market competitiveness.
Primarily responsible for Product, you will be handling new product launches, product updates, training manuals, price positioning, competitor pricing analysis, orderly retirement of old stock etc.
You will work closely with the technical teams to help launch new products internally and externally, analyse sales patterns and promotional activities, managing up to 5 remote area coordinators to ensure they are efficient and effective, and work with commercial, national, partners on target-specific campaigns.
This role would suit a 'people person' with an interest in technical products. You will be managing and supporting up to 9 people, so you need to be influential and motivational, and able to build lasting relationships.
