Salary up to £17,000 basic - OTE £25,000

Sales Consultant required to work for a leading specialist recruiter within Nursing, Pharmacy and Allied Health. Our client is looking for a talented and highly motivated sales professional to join a fast paced, dynamic, and growing team.

As the successful Sales Consultant you will be fully trained in all aspects of recruitment consultancy, allowing unlimited career progression potential. The role will consist of sales, account management, business development and management of the recruitment life cycle on behalf of clients.



Duties and Responsibilities:

* Identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships and manage a client database.
* Develop a network of candidates, manage their aspirations and career search.
* Focus on the importance of service delivery and client relationship management.

The Successful candidate will have:

* Strong sales, networking and client development abilities.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career.
