One Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced admin assistant to join our clients supply chain team.
Our client is a market leading manufacturer of packaged goods, working some of the most prestigious names in the world.
You will be working on a 3-6 month contract through our clients peak season, assisting the supply chain team with day to day work such as:
Dealing with outbound and inbound deliveries
Arranging transport for finished goods
Keeping a track of inbound materials
Assisting with the order of new materials
Taking calls from suppliers and assisting with any issues
This will be a fast paced but exciting role where you will have the ability to develop and learn new skills, you will be part of a friendly team who will support you in your new position.
To be considered for this position you must have the following qualities:
Excellent Telephone Manner
Great communication skills - you will be liaising with internal departments as well as some external suppliers
Strong computer skills
Administration experience is essential
