Red Eagle Recruitment are looking to recruit an administrator Assistant for our client based in Thanet, the position is an ongoing temporary role covering Maternity Leave and likely to run up until April 2019.
Job Description:
Applicants need to be an early riser, have their own transport, be able to follow instructions and be a team player. It is essential that you have good attention to detail and can spot your own mistakes.
The ideal candidate will need to be computer literate and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Duties will include:
- Data Input
- Liaising with suppliers
- Invoice Registration
- Post
- Scanning
- Filling
and other AdHoc duties
Someone who can be flexible, so you are able to assist with Holiday/Sickness cover also.
Working days and hours: 16.5 hours per week, 3 days per week
- Wednesday to Friday 06:15-12:15
Salary: £9 per hour
Contract Length: Until Approx. April 2019
