As you maybe aware, the British Government has revised the Electronic Communications Code last year and we are now preparing formal valuations on a ‘no scheme’ basis.
We are currently looking for a surveyor to join a busy property/telecoms team that undertakes the following work:
• Site surveys and attending site meetings.
• Compiling programs of work and manage workload spreadsheets.
• Preparing ‘no scheme’ valuations and undertake negotiations with land and property owners.
• Preparing planning applications for submission to Local Planning Authorities.
• Reviewing legal documents.
• Attending client meetings.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills:
Essential -
• Relevant property degree
• Valuation knowledge and some experience
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work in a team
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Able to deal with continuous change
• Full driving licence
Desirable -
• Telecoms or property industry experience
• A basic understanding of Town Planning & Highways procedures
• Car owner
