I am excited to be recruiting for a local construction organisation who is seeking a Purchase Ledger clerk ASAP to join their team due to expansion. Responsibilities
* Matching supplier invoices (around 200 a month)
* Validating and checking invoices
* Administrative duties including answering the phone
* Using Sage 50
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you are a proactive worker with a desire to develop your within this organisation. Other skills and attributes necessary:
* Experience in the construction industry is essential
* Working knowledge of Sage 50
* Previous accounts experience
* Available IMMEDIATELY
* Warm, friendly personality who is willing to contribute ideas
