Inbound Sales Advisor

£17,000 OTE

Based in Chatham

Our client is a large independent Estate Agency. They are hardworking and passionate about what they do. Their aim is to provide a first class and professional service for all of their customers, covering all areas of the Estate Agency spectrum.They ensure that all of their employees receive the highest standard of training undertaken by any Estate Agent along with opportunities to develop and grow with the company.

Hours of work are based on a rotating shift pattern and maybe subject to change due to nature of business:

* Monday - Friday Rotating shift pattern every 3rd week - 8am - 5pm - 9am - 6pm - 10am - 7pm
* Saturdays - 9am- 6pm (3 in 4)
* Sundays - 9am - 3pm or 10am - 4pm ( 1 in 4)
* 2 days off per week will include weekends (rotating)


The Role

To deliver an exceptional service to customers buying and selling property within a call centre environment. Maximising up selling opportunities whilst remaining motivated to meet and exceed targets. Ensure that all customer queries are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.


Key Responsibilities of the Inbound Sales Advisor

* Generating sales leads or missed branch opportunities
* Working towards set targets
* Identifying requirements for buying/selling properties
* Generating appointments for viewings, mortgage advisors, valuations
* Contacting clients on a regular basis using multiple techniques
* Identifying and initiating leads such as upselling on additional services; i.e. financial services
* General assistance and administration


Person Profile

* Able to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues both verbally and in written form.
* Highly organised, with efficient time management and the ability to prioritise workload
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Good typing speed and ability to create accurate documentation
