Logistic Coordinator
Initially 1 year contract

Salary £17,000 - £18,000

Status are recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to join a growing and established company in Edenbridge. The company are based in a great location with good public transport links. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and booking in products on the company's system. Packing and raising dispatch paperwork and providing administration support to the Sales Office Manager. The successful candidate will have experience working within a similar role.
Main Duties Responsibilities
* Receiving goods and completing the booking in process on the SAGE 200 system and in accordance with company processes and procedures.
* Pack finished goods post Final Inspection and raise all necessary despatch paperwork in accordance with company processes and procedures via the SAGE 200 business system.
* Maintain shipping logs to ensure all goods are despatched on the due date.
* Arrange collection of goods with couriers
* Assist, as required, in data entry onto the SAGE 200 business system.
* Assist in the generation and maintenance of all necessary office filing.
* Assist with kitting works orders and stock control in the production stores when required
