We are looking to recruit receptionist in our busy marina office located in Rochester. The main role is meeting and greeting customers both over the phone and in person, dealing with their enquiries or directing their queries to another member of staff. You will also be responsible for taking payments and general administrative duties.
This is a customer focused role and customer service is paramount. Therefore, the ideal candidate must have previous reception experience, be punctual, reliable and able to use their own initiative. No marine experience is required as full training will be provided. Hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. Salary dependent on experience.
