We are working alongside a highly regarded facilities management company in South East Kent in their search for a Building Services Estimator.

Our client manages a multi functional space and supports over 150 clients with their day-to-day hard and soft services. A vacancy has arisen for someone to join this diverse and dynamic company where you will help current and incoming tenants with planning and costing for works within each individual office space.

You will understand the works each client requires, manage and coordinate quotes and ensure these are received in a timely manner, determine the most cost effective fix, liaise with the purchasing team to procure and ensure timely delivery of parts and manage key stakeholders throughout the process.

The incoming candidate should have excellent analytical and numerical skills. Previous experience working with engineers and external contractors, with the ability to obtain relevant technical information from colleagues is highly advantageous along with the ability to read building drawings and understand office designs, and how services might impact works needed within a specific demise. You should also have technical competence to correctly diagnose works on a multi-tenanted site.
