Highly successful and innovative manufacturing and installation company is looking for a highly organised individual to support the Operations Manager in a wide-ranging position. This role will see you involved with all company departments, suppliers and customers.
Main aspects of your role:
Checking invoices against proof of deliver
Checking for missing sales information and sending out aftercare/ maintenance details
Acting as receptionist for calls, resolving, updating and transferring information
Maintaining Factory Packing lists and organising spares orders to customers
Booking maintenance visits and liaising with clients
Checking Contracts, managing logistics and general operations support
Working with the team to complete new business Tenders
In addition, you will be involved in a range of finance, administration, reception and general support work. As part of the team, you will be part of the team. Everybody contributes.
The company offers an engaging team-based environment and there is good training provided and opportunities for progression in your role.
To be considered for this vacancy you should have experience working in a similar position; be organised, detail orientated and enjoy working as part of a team. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products is essential. Knowledge of Salesforce software would be really helpful, as would working experience within the manufacturing or light construction sectors.
