Based in the Swale area, we have an urgent requirement for an experienced individual to join a long-established Engineering company.
You will be required to use a variety of machines including Horizontal and Vertical Mills and Lathes and you will be machining aluminium alloys and magnesium.
The role will require you to follow route cards, set up and machine small batch quantities and read from engineering drawings. You must understand general tolerancing and be able to work on your own initiative.
Previous experience is essential for this role and you must be able to work on your own initiative.
Hours of work are 7.30am-4pm Monday to Thursday with a 1.30pm finish on Fridays. This is a temporary role, initially for three-months with an immediate start.
