The CAF Bank TAPS Team is seeking a confident, friendly and pro-active worker to join their busy and dynamic team to provide general clerical and administrative support on a daily basis within a wide range of key duties.

Duties will include:
• Payment of the debit clearing each day in line with current floor limits and fraud guidelines, seeking confirmation from customers on items that give cause for concern.
• Review of inward credit clearing on a daily basis.
• To undertake various administrative tasks including issuing of internal and customer stationery, scanning and spreadsheet logging, maintenance of standing orders and direct debits and all other aspects of administration tasks to enable an accurate and efficient service to all our customers.
• To liaise with third party suppliers to resolve customer enquiries and queries.
• Keying of customer payments including CHAPS, Faster Payments and internal transfers.
• To carry out other duties as specified by the TAPS Team Manager to support the overall CAF Bank Operational Team.

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service ethic. Experience of working within a financial services environment would be an advantage, and previous office experience is preferred.
