Trainee Recruitment Consultants – graduates / school leavers

Location: Sevenoaks, Kent

Salary: Basic starting salary of £17,000 plus commission (OTE year 1 £22k-24k £, OTE year 2 £30k-35k)

We are looking for individuals who are ready to begin their career in recruitment. Critical Project Resourcing is a specialised Infrastructure Recruitment Agency that focuses on placing engineers on critical infrastructure projects in the transportation and building sectors both in the UK and overseas.

We are responsible for finding those necessary individuals and therefore hold a fundamental importance behind the scenes. An example of a typical infrastructure project would be the High Speed 2 project which holds a project value of £55.7bn and applies the best world design and techniques.

Recruitment requires you to be tenacious, proactive, competitive and emphatic and you also need to enjoy making money! Therefore, you will hold a commercial mind and have a drive for success.

Role:
• Ability to listen to the requirements of a prospective candidate or client and match the two together accordingly.
• Source candidates for Clients.
• Source work for Candidates.
• Business development; you will work on this for the majority of your week and we will expect you to service our existing clients and create new ones. This is key for the position, so we need someone who enjoys a chase!

• Graduate ideally, although not necessary
