Mainstream are currently looking to assign a Kitchen Assistant for one of our clients based in Dockside, Chatham.
The role will involve, but not be limited to the following;
- Being responsible for preparing meals to order such as sandwiches, Panini's etc.
- Assembling platters and our brunch dishes such as eggs Benedict and eggs Royale.
The ideal candidate will have had some experience of working within a kitchen.
Most aspects of the role are relatively simple to put together, however it requires someone who has confidence in the kitchen and can work well in a busy environment.
Being able to bring some creative flair to the role would be beneficial as the client would like to offer daily/weekly specials using ingredients from the deli to showcase them where possible.
Pay rate;
£8 p/h
Choice of two shift patterns available;
- Each Saturday & Sunday, plus one day during the week.
- Each Sunday, plus 2 days during the week.
Hours are as follows for these days;
Sunday to Friday - 9am until 5pm (9:30 start on a Sunday)
Saturday - 9am until 5:30pm
The client would ideally like for the suitable candidate to be working by Saturday 5th May - so you will need to be available to start with a few shifts week commencing 23/04/18.
