Great role for an experienced customer service person with some supervisory experience and their own transport to join a successful and well-established business; day to day you'll be responsible for taking care of customers, liaising with clients, some "soft" up-selling and a range of administration tasks; you'll have a small team to supervise who will look to you to provide guidance and help them to deliver the kind of service their customers have come to appreciate.
