Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £23,534 - £26,502 gross per annum
Contract: Permanent

The Role: As part of the Community Services team, you will play a key role in ensuring effective services through support and management of project teams. Through your knowledge of the local need and partnerships, you will help to inform and influence opportunities to build on provision, working with colleagues and those who use services.

What you need:

Level 3 or above in a related field, or commitment to achieving this
Knowledge, experience and commitment to working with those affected by mental health and wellbeing issues
Ability to lead and get the best from a team, supporting them to achieve service objectives

Strong communication and relationship skills with a range of stakeholders
Experience of managing internal quality & audit processes.
