Intercrop is a leading producer of high quality crops in the South East of England and Spain, we currently employ 50 full time and up to 65 seasonal staff during peak season, based at our headquarters near Deal in Kent.
We are looking to recruit an experienced forklift driver and machine operator to work in our on farm packhouse. The hours are based on a 5 Day Week including Sundays on a minimum guarantee of 35 hours per week and will vary with customer demand this will also involve assisting with production when necessary.
The ideal candidate will hold a current Industrial Counterbalance Forklift License and have experience as a machine operator in food production.
Basic Food Hygiene is an advantage but not essential.
Due to shift times and the remote location of the business own transport is desirable.
