We are currently seeking Multi Language Call Center Staff to work for one of our clients based in Ashford, Kent.
Working hours can be flexible to suit commitments.
The company that you will be working for generates research for their clients by candidates speaking to members of the public or their customer’s asking them questions from a pre scripted document. This position will involve using an automated dial up system to call and speak to customers/member of the public.
You will be required to listen and type the answers to the question you have asked.
Candidates who apply must have the following attributes.
• Excellent telephone manor
• Good understanding of Microsoft computer systems
• Good communicational skills
• Good customer service skills
• Flexible with working hours
• Good attention to detail
• Be able to multitask
Experience working within this field is not essential as the client provides full training.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 with two 10 min breaks paid and a 20 min lunch break unpaid.
The pay rate is in line with national living wage and national minimum wage.
Some Saturdays maybe required.
There is potential for candidates to be offered a full time contract after passing a successful qualifying period.
