Are you a strong Customer Service Coordinator who is currently seeking a new challenge! If so then we are now RECRUITING for a Customer Service Team Coordinator to work in a busy transport operations department in the Rochester area.
You will be required to assist the CS team in meeting all agreed targets relating to the customer service of the company's contracts and to coordinate customer requirements to ensure customer satisfaction and contractual obligations are met.
Duties will include
• Providing customers with information inline with SLA’s
• Production of all customers KPI’s
• General Customer Services and Administration duties
• Ensure all company policies are adhered to at all times
• Generate ideas to enhance customer experience
Successful candidates will have excellent IT skills, effective communication skills and be able to work under pressure and react quickly to customer requirements. Previous experience with a transport or logistics organisation is preferred.
This will be a full time role working Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm however a later start time of 8.30am – 5.30pm is negotiable.
