An excellent opportunity exists to join avery successful team as a Client Support Executive.
This role would suit an individual with telesales or telephone based customer service skills.
Day to day duties include;
* Answering inbound calls in a polite and professional manner.
* Being responsible for key accounts.
* Processing purchase orders & invoices.
* Notify field team of requests from customers.
* Process Stock orders.
* Release Ecommerce orders and deal with the relevant hold codes as required.
* Provide support to customers ordering on-line.
* Request Credit & Recharge orders when appropriate in line with the sales order.
* Participate in special projects.
* Must have the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
