Clarendon Homes are looking for a fully qualified Plumber with experience in excess of 10 years. The applicant will need to be skilled in all areas of first and second fix plumbing and underfloor heating installation. It would be an advantage to have the ability to install and commission air source heat pumps.
The applicant must be able to organise their own work which will include estimating material quantities and maintaining a tidy and safe work area. They must also have their own transport and be willing to travel to all of our sites in and around Kent (mainly within 10 miles of Maidstone).
This role has excellent rates of pay with 28 days holiday a year, which includes all Bank Holidays.
