Customer Suppport Administrator
£17,250 plus bonus
Hours Monday to Friday 8-4 and 9.30 - 5.30 rotating shifts

Working for a large contact centre in Kings hill
Dealing with all the correspondence and incoming communication from their customers and 3rd parties either by post, fax, email and phone.
You will maintain records on the system, updating spreadsheets and admin duties
The correpondence will be change of address, changing of payments, insolvency or death
You will need to be numerate with a strong attention to detail and have a confident approach with cusotmers
Previous letter writing and MS Office skills are required along with a personable approach
The company are a financial business so will need to credit check and DBS check you
The ideal start date will be the 14th May for induction training
