Due to business increase The Black Horse Inn is looking to recruit an additional trainee assistant manager to join our 4 strong management team. Reporting directly to the General Manager and Restaurant manager, you would be in charge of the restaurant in their absence, running the service and directing the staff.
Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality preferably in a fresh food restaurant is essential as well as the ability to decision make on your own. We are a very busy 110 cover restaurant with a thriving B&B and wedding business so flexibility to cover all aspects of the company is a must. We offer great career progression along with company pension scheme, 5.5 weeks holiday per year and a share of weekly excellent gratuities.
We are searching for a vibrant and engaging individual with a proven record in excellent customer service. We pride ourselves here at The Black Horse Inn on our customer service and great food and our new assistant manager needs to lead the other staff by example.
Hours are up to 48 per week to include evenings and weekends.
Due to our rural location own transportation is essential as we are not on any public transport links. Successful candidates will be called in for an interview within two weeks.
