My client are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to join their award-winning Business Development and Marketing team.
You will be responsible for working with the real estate team to develop and deliver their BD and marketing strategy in line with firm-wide objectives. Real estate is my clients largest practice area with over 100 staff servicing national and international clients.
This busy and varied role will see you getting involved in the full BD cycle, from developing compelling campaigns to generate leads through to advising on pitches and effective client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years business development experience, preferably within a professional services environment.
Experience within a professional services environment, ideally legal. Knowledge of and experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable.

Experience of business development, specifically key account management, sales pipelines and bids
Mutli-channel campaign management
Wide experience of using a variety of IT packages (mainly MS Office), databases and new technology solutions
Accustomed to dealing with external clients, referrers, suppliers, senior internal colleagues and support staff at all levels
Accustomed to working without close supervision but maintaining a regular information flow particularly with team members and all internal clients
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferably a graduate, ideally with a marketing or business studies qualification such as the CIM postgraduate diploma or equivalent. However, experience is more important than academic qualifications.

Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability and credibility to challenge, influence and advise people at all levels
Effective time and resource management skills
Project management
Accuracy and attention to detail
Research and analysis
Flexible, energetic, self-motivated, organised and accustomed to meeting tight deadlines
Team player - accustomed to operating within a team environment, taking responsibility for own work and that of others
Basic salary to 43k plus good benefits after a qualifying period. 25 days holiday
