Our client, a rapidly expanding soft drink and beverage distributor based on the outskirts of Maidstone, are offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service/Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
If you enjoy lots of customer contact and building relationships with customers this role could well be for you.
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm and the client are offering an attractive basic salary of £19,000, with the opportunity to earn £22,000 to £23,000 including commission in your first year.
The main duties for this position will be:
• Customer service and account handling (predominately telephone with some email based)
• Data entry
• Customer order processing
• Use of MS Office and Sage Accountancy.
Applicants must have:
• Strong customer service skills
• Accurate data entry
• Experience of order processing
• Good Knowledge of MS Office
• Ideally (but not essential) some Sage Accountancy experience
The client site has on-site parking and is close to a regular bus route.
