INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR – ROMANIAN SPEAKING
Location: Head Office (Canterbury)
Wages: £18,000 – £21,000 DOE
Hours: Full Time
Type: Permanent
We are looking for a flexible, committed International Recruitment Coordinator to join the Canterbury Head Office team.
This role would suit a candidate fluent in both English and Romanian, who able to multi-task and meet targets.
The main duties are as follows:
· International recruitment (telephone and job fairs)
· Meeting recruitment targets
· Coordinating arrivals and inducting new starters
· Carrying out open days overseas
The role will require flexibility as there will be an element of travel required, both within the UK and abroad.
The ideal candidate will posses
· Excellent written and oral communication skills, in both English and Romanian
· IT literate, with excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
· Attention to detail
· Ability to multitask
· Ability to meet deadlines and targets
