Pilgrims Hospices is seeking a talented and suitably experienced manager to join our Hospice Services team, providing on-site, non-clinical operational management to our Canterbury site.
As a Hospice Services Manager you will be the face of the hospice, responsible for the delivery of housekeeping, maintenance services and supporting the on-site volunteer activities.
Post holders will ensure services are provided to a high standard, in line with Care Quality Commission regulatory and best practice guidelines. They will have responsibility for areas including; Health & Safety, procurement, environmental issues, monitoring facilities performance against agreed standards and KPIs, budget setting and specific areas of business planning.
The successful applicant will be an experienced and charismatic people leader.
Candidates should possess an outcome-focused style of leadership driven by KPIs, excellent communication skills and must be able to effectively prioritise and delegate a diverse workload.
