We’re looking for an experienced full-time HR Administrator to join our growing HR department here at the JCB Group. This role with either be based in Ashford or Gillingham.

We’re so excited about this opportunity! Our business is going through a fantastic period of growth and our HR department is growing to support it. We have 15 sites and 400 employees across Kent, Essex and Sussex, representing some of the strongest brands in the automotive industry. A bit about the role…
This role is a fantastic development opportunity for anyone looking to progress their career within HR. The role will be office based either from Ashford or Gillingham and will be to provide full day-to-day administrative duties to a busy HR Department. Reporting into the Group HR Manager, you will complete administrative duties as follows:
• Administer our new starter and leaver processes; from compiling offer packs, reference and employment checks, uniform ordering, dispatching and stock check, arranging and supporting our new starter inductions, acknowledging resignations and arranging exit interviews.
• You will maintain a secure and organised brought-forward filing system and ensure our employee files contain all relevant documents from a statutory, regulatory and health and safety perspective.
• To support the HR Manager in administrative duties in relation to recruitment & selection, employee relations, change management and employee engagement.
• All other HR-related administrative duties.
A bit about you...
• You will be positive, with a strong can-do attitude and the ability to prioritise your workload quickly.
• You will ideally have experience in a HR environment and have some knowledge and understanding of some elements of employment legislation.
• Ideally part-CIPD qualified, or qualified by experience.
• You will be a first-class administrator with excellent attention to detail
• Be comfortable and confident with working within the parameters of HR policy and process
• Be friendly and approachable
