Due to the expansion of our workshop team, we are seeking a dynamic, versatile, enthusiastic and trustworthy commercial vehicle mechanic/engineer with previous mechanical and engineering experience to join our dedicated workshop team. This role will be a predominantly workshop-based role covering a 75 mile radius in the south east of Kent. There may be a requirement to attend field breakdowns to ensure we provide high levels of service to our customers.

Your duties will include:
 Maintenance and repairs fleet of vans and 4x4 pickups
 Maintenance and repairs to fleet of tractor drawn trailers to commercial standards
 Maintain records of repairs to machines and stock ordered
 Conduct regular vehicle inspections and address future issues before they arise
 Diagnose problems and repair all vehicle electrics
 Diagnose problems and repair vehicle air breaking systems
 Having a clear understanding of why and how you demonstrate the BB4 core values and understand the impact of maintaining them for the benefit of the whole group.

Qualifications/Experience:
 Previous commercial mechanical and engineering experience
 Has a full driving license
 Must be able to work within a team as well as independently
 Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels
