Part Time Weekend Customer Service Operator

If you have excellent customer service skills, good communication and relationship building ability this could be the position for you.

Johnsons Garden Buildings are the South East’s largest independent provider of quality garden rooms and luxury outdoor goods, supplying buildings that are increasingly used as home offices, chill out dens, man caves and summerhouses across the South East and Home Counties

We are currently looking to recruit a Customer service operator, offering telephone and email support to our customer base. The position will also entail some telesales with bonus incentives.

Good personal organisation and ability to manage own workloads is key to this role

The ideal candidate will have;
• Previous customer service experience
• Positive attitude and approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Good computer skills
• Knowledge of MS Word and MS Outlook
Some relevant experience is required but product training will be given.

The Package;

An office-based permanent position
12 hours per week
Working hours will be Saturday & Sunday 10am – 4pm (possibility for a job share for the right candidates)
In the Whitstable area, in a secure, climate-controlled office with full facilities and parking on site. Disabled access can be facilitated.

£8.00 per hour plus bonuses
