Front of house -Supervisor

Sevenoaks

40 hours per week.

Two week rota - five days out of seven

Permanent Work

£20.800 per annual

Driving license is required



Status are currently recruiting for a Front of House Supervisor to join a great team in Sevenoaks. You will be part of a team that provides outstanding food and customer service. You should share our passion for delivering the best service and exciting fresh and nutritious food on a daily basis. The shift with be the following times 7am - 3pm and 11am - 7pm. On occasional there maybe overtime needed.

Responsibilities

* Manage the team to deliver an excellent catering service with great customer service skill and quality food.
* Lead and organise team meetings.
* Very good organisation skills is necessary.
* Supporting the duty managers.
* Assisting with hospitality events.
* Supervising service and making sure the front of house areas are kept clean, tidy and safe.
* Some basic food preparation.
* Adhere to health and safety and food safety procedures.



Experience is an advantage but not necessary as full training will be given but you must be smart, enthusiastic, and flexible and able to motivate the team.
