The Superior Healthcare Group is a specialist Healthcare Recruitment agency based in Kent.
We are looking to recruit an Out of Hours Bookings Coordinator to join our expanding team. The role is home based from which you will provide an Out of Hours service to our Nursing, Residential and Community Clients. You will be required to liasie with and coordinate our team of Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Registered Nurses throughout Kent.
Skills required
Ability to prioritise and organise workload
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure as part of a team and on your own initiative when required
Proactive mind set
Excellent IT skills
Hours
Approximately 24 hours per week, working across a varied shift pattern-
Monday to Friday 0600-0800 and 1700-2300, Saturday and Sunday 0600-2300.
There may be additional shifts available during periods of holiday and sickness.
Experience of working in a fast paced shift based recruitment business may be an advantage, knowledge of the Health and Social Care industry is desired.
