Porchlight is recruiting for a full-time Project Worker to work in our Adult Accommodation based in Dover. The hours for this post will be worked on a weekly rota basis including occasional weekend and evening hours.
What you need: Are you passionate about working with people? Do you have a positive, self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude to work? Have you got an ability to initiate and maintain constructive relations with people from a wide range of cultural and social backgrounds? Do you have a proactive approach to work and the ability to motivate and engage people? If so, we want to hear from you!
